Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a recent college grad and former competitive athlete, and I still love to play and compete whenever I can. I’m always looking for ways to improve performance and recovery. That’s why I created BEEFUEL: to help people be the best version of themselves, physically and mentally, in the way my father did for me.
