We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund on any HYBRYD or BeeFuel product. This applies whether the product is opened or unopened.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@beefuel.org with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ship returns to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Subscription Cancellations

If you're on a HYBRYD monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@beefuel.org. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. Already-shipped orders are still eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@beefuel.org with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged product.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
